- Provide management with regular financial reports and analysis.
- Identify areas for cost control and improved financial efficiency.
- Support management in financial decision-making through accurate data and analysis.
3. MIS & Management Reporting
- Prepare regular MIS reports for management.
- Develop financial dashboards and performance reports where required.
- Analyze financial trends, variances, and business performance.
- Highlight financial risks, unusual expenses, and areas requiring management attention.
- Provide transparent and timely financial information to senior management.
4. Compliance & Controls
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Support statutory audits and internal audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial controls.
- Ensure timely filing and payment of applicable statutory obligations.
5. Cash Flow & Working Capital
- Monitor daily and monthly cash-flow requirements.
- Plan payments and collections effectively.
- Maintain adequate working capital for operational requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding payments and financial commitments.
