Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for lateral hires, executive hires, and headhunting positions through various channels such as social media, qualified networks, and job boards.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field (e.g., HR).
- Strong understanding of talent sourcing techniques including headhunting and executive search methods.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using technology tools for recruitment management (e.g., applicant tracking systems).
