We are looking for a warm, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to create unforgettable experiences for our guests at Mayaahi Resorts & Spa, a premium resort in Kakkadampoyil.

What You’ll Do:
- Be the face of Mayaahi — from the time of booking till checkout and there after.
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and ensure their stay is smooth and memorable.
- Coordinate with restaurant, spa, and housekeeping teams to deliver top-notch service.
- Capture guest feedback, assist with photos/testimonials, and maintain guest records.
- Promote in-house experiences, dining, and spa services.
Who You Are:
- Smart, well-spoken (English, Malayalam, Hindi).
- Friendly, positive, and passionate about hospitality.
- Prior experience of 2–3 years in guest relations/front office in a resort or hotel environment.
- Well-groomed, polite, and confident with excellent presentation skills.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays, as per guest requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setup.
- Basic photography and social media familiarity is a plus.
- Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and ensure quick resolution.
