Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate books of accounts, handle statutory compliances, and support the finance team in monthly closing and reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, vendor/customer accounting, and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries including expenses, receipts, payments, journal entries, debit notes and credit notes.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including vendor/customer reconciliations.
- Prepare and perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis.
- Verify vendor invoices, supporting documents, approvals and applicable taxes before accounting/payment.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and prepare ageing reports.
- Handle GST-related accounting and compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments and reconciliation and assist in preparation of TDS returns.




- Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, invoices and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal departments for accounting and payment-related matters.
- Assist in preparation of documentation and schedules required for statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit.
- Support the Accounts & Finance team with MIS reports and other accounting activities as required.

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Good practical knowledge of Tally Prime / accounting ERP software (SAP).
- Good understanding of GST, TDS and basic Indian accounting & taxation requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS and basic data analysis.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and ledger reconciliation.
