About the Role
? As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will:
✔️ Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
✔️ Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and provide tailored solutions.
✔️ Offer technical support during implementation and resolve challenges effectively.
✔️ Contribute to developing best practices for ERP implementation and support.
✔️ Leverage your accounting knowledge to bridge the gap between business and technology.
Key Requirements ? Experience:
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation or Help Desk roles.
✅ Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
? Education:
? Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Computer Applications (BCA), or Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) is required.
? Post-graduation in Commerce (M.Com) is preferred.
? Skills:
? Robust accounting and financial knowledge.
?️ Excellent communication and client management skills.
? Proficiency in English (read, write, speak) and Hindi (speak).
? High technical competency with ERP systems and software.
