Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day UPS & Battery service activities from the back office.
- Receive and record customer service complaints related to UPS, Batteries, AMC, Installation & Maintenance.
- Coordinate with field service engineers/technicians for timely allocation and resolution of service complaints.
- Follow up with customers and service engineers regarding complaint status, site visits and resolution.
- Prepare and maintain Service Reports, Installation/Commissioning Reports, Complaint Records, AMC Records and other service-related documents.
- Coordinate for UPS/Battery installation, commissioning, replacement and preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain proper records of UPS models, battery details, warranty status, AMC and service history.
- Follow up for pending complaints, spare parts, battery replacement and closure of service calls.
- Prepare daily/weekly service status reports and update management regarding pending and completed jobs.
- Coordinate with customers, branch offices, service engineers,



vendors and internal teams for smooth service operations.
- Handle service-related emails, calls, quotations and other back-office coordination work.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Diploma / equivalent qualification.
- 13 years of experience in Service Coordination, Back Office, Customer Support or similar role.
- Experience in UPS, Battery, Electrical, Power Backup or related industry will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email communication.
- Should have good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Should be organized, responsible and capable of handling multiple service requests simultaneously.
- Freshers with good communication and basic computer knowledge may also be considered.
