What You will Do
- Identify target companies & decision-makers aligned with client ICPs
- Build prospect lists using Sales Navigator & Apollo
- Run personalized LinkedIn outreach and cold email sequences
- Qualify leads (budget, authority, need) and book calls/demos
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
- Track key metrics — response rate, meeting rate, and more

What We are Looking For
- 1–2 years in B2B lead generation
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Outreach writing that actually gets replies
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable owning your numbers
