Role Description
The Accountant role at AOBA is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing periodic financial statements. The Accountant will handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and assist with budgeting and cash flow monitoring. The role also involves supporting audits,



ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, and preparing reports for management decision-making. The Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial insights, optimize processes, and help maintain a reliable financial control environment.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel) and comfort working with numerical data.
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and basic tax and compliance requirements relevant to the business.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
