• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with leading architects, government sector stakeholders, and other key clients to drive business growth and secure high-value projects.
• Project Handling: Manage and lead the execution of complex interior projects, including government sector projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Product Specification: Provide detailed product specifications and support to architects and project managers, ensuring alignment with the unique acoustic needs of each project.
• Business Development: Identify recent business opportunities within the government and corporate sectors and establish Mechtrix Engineers as the preferred supplier of acoustic solutions.
• Consultative Selling: Advise clients on the best sound-engineered solutions, enhancing both acoustics and aesthetics within their spaces. • Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and operations) to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE) with an MBA.
• Experience: 5 – 8 years of experience in handling interior product sales, specifically in project-based environments such as architectural and acoustic solutions.
• Sector Knowledge: Experience working on government sector projects and handling high-value, complex projects with key stakeholders.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with architects, government officials, and clients.
• Technical Expertise: Ability to understand and communicate detailed product specifications, with a focus on acoustics and interior design solutions.
