Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement KPI frameworks aligned with business and workforce management objectives.
- Establish and maintain WFM Analytics Governance and reporting standards.
- Define and execute Analytics Strategy to support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive dashboard standardization across WFM and business functions.
- Implement Data Governance practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Lead, manage, and coach analytics and reporting teams.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across operations, WFM, and business functions.
- Identify opportunities for reporting automation and analytics optimization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI Service.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL.
- Automate workflows and reporting processes using Power Automate.
- Leverage Microsoft Fabric for data analytics and reporting solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance analytics, insights, and strategic reporting.
