What You ll Do

- Track campaign performance, create reports, and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Coach with Curiosty
- Lead and guide Account Executives and Associates, helping them learn, grow, and deliver their best work.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and accountability within your team.
- Share knowledge and expertise to build capability across the group.
- Keep Brands Culturally Loud
- Stay ahead of PR, digital, and cultural trends, and apply them to your clients advantage.
- Bring fresh thinking to brainstorms and campaign planning, blending data and creativity.
- Champion social and influencer strategies alongside traditional media.
