Role & responsibilities
- Routine Upkeep: Inspect buildings, grounds, and utility systems to spot issues early.
- Preventive Maintenance: Create and run schedules to service HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Vendor Management: Hire outside contractors, negotiate pricing, and oversee completed work.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure the property follows local building laws, fire regulations, and safety standards.
- Budget Support: Track repair expenses, manage maintenance inventory, and process vendor bills.
- Emergency Response: Handle urgent breakdowns, power failures, or leaks quickl
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum Diploma in Electrical with relevant experience of minimum 10 years
B.Tech Electrical Preferred
