Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct phone and structured interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, background verification, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication.




- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
- Robust sourcing, interviewing, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience with recruitment software/ATS and modern sourcing techniques.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, ethical, and results-driven.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
