Job Purpose:The Executive - Production Planning is responsible for managing and optimizing production processes within the cluster, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently. This role focuses on inventory management, production planning, monitoring material flow,



and addressing operational challenges to minimize downtime and ensure product quality. Additionally, the Shift Engineer plays a key role in implementing cost-saving initiatives, overseeing safety protocols, and ensuring smooth coordination between production, inventory, and safety teams.

Production Activity Controls:
- Minimize downtime by addressing material shortages proactively. Ensure adherence to the monthly production plan and manage production volume, grade, and output.

Production:
- Ensure on-time issuance of raw materials as per production needs. Maintain accuracy between SAP and costing issuance sheets, and ensure timely closure of production orders.

Inventory Management:
- Ensure timely clearance of block stock inventory by the reporting date to avoid delays. Focus on reducing idle raw materials and maintaining optimal stock levels.
