Role & responsibilities

You will be the technical right hand to our Sydney Project Manager, supporting both live construction projects and tender submissions. You will work Australian hours as part of our daily operations this is a genuine team position with real responsibility, not a back-office data entry job.

Preferred candidate profile
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Agriculture Engineering
- 48 years experience in civil construction, landscape / external works, roads, drainage or site development
- Strong quantity take-off and measurement skills; confident with construction drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel (take-off tools such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift or CostX are a strong advantage)
- Excellent written and spoken English — you will correspond directly with Australian staff,



subcontractors and suppliers
- A reliable home-office setup: rapid broadband, your own computer, quiet workspace and power backup
- Genuine, sustainable availability to work the Australian shift (early morning IST) five days a week

Highly Regarded
- Experience on Australian projects, or with Australian consultancies
- Familiarity with Australian Standards (AS), council specifications or Austroads guidelines
- Gulf (UAE / Oman / Saudi) project experience with international contractors
- Exposure to landscape construction, streetscapes, parks, sportsfields or subdivision external works
