We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – Data Product Analyst with strong expertise in Data Analysis, Advanced Excel, and Stakeholder Management. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and data stakeholders to define, validate, and deliver data product requirements, particularly for the Gold Layer.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 15 days are preferred. Candidates with career gaps are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define Data Product Requirements for the Gold Layer.
- Translate high-level requirements into detailed Data Requirement Documents (DRDs).
- Define product costs, resource requirements, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Analyse data and AI product development, enhancements, and gaps to ensure alignment with business requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Perform business data validation with stakeholders for data available in the Gold Layer.
- Review and update Data Product Requirements based on changes from Data & AI teams and business stakeholders.
- Identify, engage, and manage key business and data stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and collaboration throughout product delivery.
- Coordinate and lead Business Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions.
- Support Agile delivery, change management, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure data products meet defined business requirements and quality expectations.
Must-Have Skills
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Data/Product Analysis or a related role.
- Strong Data Analysis skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting business/data requirements.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
