Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive EOT / delay claims using methods like Time Impact, Window Analysis, and impacted as-planned comparisons
- Conduct in-depth delay/event analyses and interpret contract clauses on time, cost, and scope
- Draft contractual communications (delay notices, letters) and support dispute resolution or arbitration
- Collaborate with contracts, quantity surveyors, legal, and planning teams to align inputs and strategy
- Quantify effects of scope changes / variations and provide substantiated impact assessments
- Prepare as-built vs baseline comparisons, narratives, and justification for delays
- Utilize Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, Power BI to model delay analyses and claims timelines

Desired Profile Skills




- Solid background in highway construction and regulatory standards
- Proven experience in EOT / claims preparation and documentation
- Expert capability in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel (pivot tables, charts)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and drafting skills
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent); Master s or PMP/OPM qualification is a plus
