About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our remote team, supporting restaurant owners through their journey with our software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of restaurant accounts,



ensuring they receive maximum value from our products, and fostering long-term relationships. This role involves proactive engagement, problem-solving, and account growth strategies to help our clients succeed. As a key point of contact, you will be instrumental in maintaining high customer satisfaction, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.

Working during the night shift from 10:00am to 6:00pm Pacific time, Tuesday through Saturday, this position offers a unique opportunity to support our North American clients from India, Pakistan, or South Africa. The role requires a calm, professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle live customer interactions effectively. You will be the voice of our company, providing honest guidance and support to restaurant owners during their busiest hours.
