Tity Property is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Builder & Developer Acquisition Manager to lead the acquisition and onboarding of real estate builders and developers onto the Tity Property platform.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective builders and developers, establishing business relationships, presenting Tity Property's digital solutions, negotiating commercial terms, onboarding projects, and building a strong developer network.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate business development, builder/developer relationships, project acquisition, B2B sales, and strategic partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuilder & Developer Acquisition
- Identify and target leading builders and real estate developers.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective developer partners.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with builders, developers, and senior decision-makers.
- Understand developer requirements and propose suitable Tity Property solutions.
- Acquire new builders and developers for the platform.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with developer organizations.
- Drive onboarding of residential, commercial, villa, plot, and other real estate projects.
Project & Inventory Acquisition
- Identify upcoming and existing real estate projects suitable for the platform.
- Coordinate with developers to collect project information, inventory, pricing, specifications, approvals, and marketing materials.
- Ensure accurate project and inventory information is submitted to the platform.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project listing and activation.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers throughout the project lifecycle.
Business Development & Revenue
- Develop new revenue opportunities from builder and developer partnerships.
- Promote premium listings, project promotions, digital marketing, lead-generation solutions, and other Tity Property services.
