Role Description
The Counselor Health Care – GCC Prometric will guide healthcare professionals through the full Prometric exam and licensing process for GCC countries, providing accurate information on requirements, timelines, and documentation. This full-time in office role in Kochi involves conducting counseling sessions,



responding to inquiries, assisting with exam registration and application submission, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of GCC healthcare regulations and licensing procedures. The counselor will support candidates in selecting appropriate exams, preparing essential documents, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining organized records of candidate progress, following up on pending applications, and ensuring clear, professional communication at every stage.

Qualifications
