About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of International Sales to lead and grow the company's international business across multiple global markets.

The role will be responsible for developing international sales, building distributor and channel partnerships, expanding market presence, and driving profitable business growth across regions including Middle East & Africa, APAC, Americas, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead international sales strategy and business development across global markets.
- Identify and develop new distributors, channel partners, resellers, and stockists.
- Build and strengthen international partner networks.
- Drive revenue and gross-profit growth across international markets.
- Develop new territories and expand business in existing markets.
- Manage pricing, margins, commercial negotiations, and partner performance.
- Take current products into international markets and identify suitable sales channels.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity,



customer requirements, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Travel internationally as required for business development and partner management.
- Build and manage the international sales team as the business expands.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales / Global Business Development.
- Experience in Industrial Safety, PPE, Electrical Safety, Industrial Products, or related B2B industries.
- Strong experience in international market development and distributor/channel management.
- Proven experience in developing business across multiple international regions.
