Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to acquire new customers and develop channel partnerships for AgentCallBack across India, ASEAN and North America.
The Sales Manager will own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to demonstrations, proposals, pilot projects, negotiations and contract closure. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role with the opportunity to build and lead a regional sales team as the business grows.
Because the territory includes North America, the candidate must be willing to work flexible schedule and participate in customer meetings across different time zones.
Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development
- Identify and approach potential customers across India, ASEAN and North America.
- Build a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, networking and industry events.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customers’ call volumes, business processes, staffing challenges and automation requirements.
- Identify suitable inbound and outbound AI voice-agent use cases.
- Present and demonstrate AgentCallBack to business and technology decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, pilot plans and commercial agreements.
- Manage negotiations and close new subscription and enterprise contracts.
- Convert proof-of-concept projects into long-term paying custo
