Ltd., a growing Ads Media Production company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead client acquisition, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities in advertising, media, and creative production.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities in advertising, media production, and digital content.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Pitch services to potential clients and prepare customized proposals.
- Collaborate with the creative and production team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and client needs.




- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide weekly/monthly reports to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager in media, advertising, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle corporate accounts.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of digital marketing production services will be an added advantage.
- Qualification: Graduate in Marketing / Media / Business Management (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 2 3 years in business development or client servicing.
