You'll be part of the analytics team that partners with other teams for the data-backed decisions that run across the business - marketing, risk, collections & CX. It's a lean, high-caliber team, so your work carries weight from day one.
What You Will Do?
- Translate business problems into structured, well-defined analytics problems
- Partner with stakeholders to scope problems and turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Pull, clean and analyse data to understand customer behaviour
- Build the right solution for the job - from exploratory analysis or dashboards to ML models
- Communicate findings effectively in a simple manner, so non-technical teams can act on them
- Own problems end to end - from question to recommendation to impact

Who Should Apply?
- Freshers (0-1 years of experience), 2025 or 2026 graduates with a quantitative degree - Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or similar from top-tier institutes (IIT, BITS, ISI, DSE etc)
