ABOUT THE ROLE

The client's growth engine - Meta, Google, YouTube, and the D2C website needs a single owner who lives inside Ads Manager and thinks in metrics as fluently as in storyboards. We're hiring an AVP, Growth to own performance marketing end-to-end: campaign structure, budget, and the creative that feeds it. This is a dual-mandate role equally responsible for efficient, hands-on media buying and for the creative strategy that drives it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Live inside Meta Ads Manager daily campaign structure (CBO/ABO), audience segmentation, retargeting, and bid/budget strategy across the full funnel.
- Read Meta metrics fluently and act on them — CPM, CTR, CPA, frequency, hook/hold rate, breakdowns by placement and audience — to diagnose exactly why a campaign is or isn't working.
- Own performance marketing end-to-end across Meta, Google,



and YouTube — strategy, budget allocation, campaign structure, and daily optimization.
- Set and own the north-star metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, and contribution margin — report weekly with a explicit read on what's working and what isn't.
- Own creative strategy for every performance channel — brief, direct, and review creative (static, video, UGC) from in-house resources, freelancers, and agencies.
- Own the full funnel from ad click to purchase — work directly with the website/CRO owner on landing pages, PDPs, and checkout to fix what's leaking conversion.
- Own the Meta/Google/YouTube performance marketing P&L; — spend, contribution margin, and payback period — with direct accountability to the founders.
- Build and lead a small in-house growth team, while directing external agencies and freelancers for creative production and specialized media buying.
