We are looking for a highly experienced
Oracle Siebel CRM Consultant
with solid expertise in
Appointment Booking System (ABS)
and
Assignment Manager
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and configuring these functionalities together in previous Siebel CRM projects.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in configuring and implementing
Siebel Appointment Booking System (ABS)
and
Assignment Manager
together.
- Strong understanding of
ABS architecture, concepts, and configuration
.
- Experience defining and managing
Assignment Rules, Assignment Objects, Assignment Criteria, and Assignment Manager workflows
.
- In-depth knowledge of
ABS Constraints
, Schedules, time slots, and resource allocation.
- Hands-on experience with
Siebel Field Service
modules, including service activities, scheduling, dispatching, and resource management.
