Regional Training Manager Gold Loan (NBFC)

Roles & Responsibilities

Position Summary:
Responsible for managing and driving training and development initiatives across the assigned region to improve employee capability, sales performance, operational efficiency, customer service, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional training plans and calendars based on business requirements.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for current employees.
- Deliver training on Gold Loan products, sales techniques, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
- Train branch teams on Gold Loan processes, KYC, documentation, loan processing, renewals, closures, and customer service.
- Provide basic training on gold appraisal processes, safety, and operational controls.
- Identify training gaps through branch visits, employee performance, audits, and business results.
- Conduct regular refresher, behavioral, sales, and compliance training.
- Partner with Regional/Business Heads to identify capability requirements and improve team productivity.




- Develop training content, presentations, assessments, and learning materials.
- Conduct training effectiveness assessments and track post-training performance.
- Monitor employee participation, attendance, assessments, and training completion.
- Maintain accurate training MIS, reports, calendars, and documentation.
- Coach and mentor Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and other branch employees.
- Ensure employees understand and follow company SOPs, RBI/NBFC guidelines, KYC, AML, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct field/branch visits to provide on-the-job coaching and identify operational gaps.
- Support business teams in improving sales conversion, portfolio growth, customer retention, and productivity.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Compliance, and Business teams for effective learning initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements to regional leadership.
