Role Description
The Representative role at Synapse Sdn. Bhd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirunelveli. In this role, the Representative interacts with customers and stakeholders, responds to inquiries, and provides accurate information about the company’s products or services. The Representative handles day-to-day tasks such as maintaining customer records, following up on requests, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
