We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support and drive global cloud transformation initiatives. The role will be responsible for project coordination, governance, stakeholder management, reporting, migration planning, and ensuring smooth execution of cloud migration and modernization programs across global teams.

This position offers an chance to work closely with the Group CTO organization, Cloud COE, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams on large-scale cloud transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cloud migration and modernization projects from planning through execution.
- Support project scheduling, migration wave planning, dependency tracking, and cutover activities.
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies), project trackers, dashboards, and governance documentation.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Prepare executive reports, project dashboards, status updates, and KPI reports for senior leadership.
- Support cloud readiness assessments,



application inventory analysis, and migration planning activities.
- Coordinate with Cloud COE, Infrastructure, Security, Application Owners, and external vendors.
- Monitor project deliverables, timelines, SLAs, and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with cloud governance, security, and project management standards.
- Provide operational and coordination support to the Group CTO Office.
