IT Support Engineer – Southeast Asia

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer based in Bangkok to provide day-to-day IT support to 150+ users across the SEA region.

The role will focus on Tier 1 IT Support, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, IT asset management, security, and regional IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 IT support through remote and onsite support across SEA.
- Troubleshoot Windows laptops/desktops, Wi-Fi, VPN, networks, printers and file access.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration, user provisioning, license assignment, password resets and MFA support.
- Enroll and manage corporate devices through Microsoft Intune.
- Monitor endpoint compliance, antivirus/EDR, patching, encryption and OS updates.
- Maintain IT asset and device inventory across SEA.




- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, delivery, warranty and repairs.
- Manage IT tickets and ensure timely resolution as per SLAs.
- Support ISO 27001 security and audit requirements.
- Work closely with Group IT on IT projects, security, standardization and digital adoption.
- Provide onsite support in Thailand and occasional travel to other SEA locations when required.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on IT Support experience, preferably in a regional or multi-site environment.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Valuable knowledge of Windows 10/11.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management tools preferred.
- Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, IP and DNS.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and ITIL-style support processes.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, antivirus/EDR and patch management.
- Strong English
