*Role Overview*

We’re looking for an *HR Intern* for a *3-6 month internship*. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in core HR functions and work directly with our founders/HR team.

*Key Responsibilities*
- *Recruitment*: Posting jobs on LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- *Onboarding*: Coordinate new joiner documentation, induction, and onboarding process
- *Employee Engagement*: Plan fun activities, birthday celebrations, and feedback surveys
- *HR Admin*: Maintain employee database, attendance, leave records, and HR files
- *Social Media HR*: Create "We are Hiring" posts, employee spotlight, and company culture content
- *Support*: Assist with payroll inputs, policy documentation, and HR queries





*What We’re Looking For*
- *Education*: Pursuing or completed Graduation in HR, BBA, Psychology, or related field
- *Skills Required*:
- Good communication in English + Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets
- Familiar with LinkedIn, Naukri, and job portals
- Organized, proactive, and people-person attitude
- *Bonus*: Prior experience in college fests, HR clubs, or social media content
