Cokonet Academy is looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Team Lead to lead the sales team, drive admissions and achieve business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales team management, target achievement, lead conversion, and team performance, with the ability to mentor and motivate the team towards achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Monitor team performance, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.
- Support team members in handling customer queries and closing leads.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion and sales performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper follow-up and effective management of leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and monitor accurate sales and CRM records.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.




- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
- Ensure the team follows company sales processes and policies.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
- Strong experience in sales team management, target achievement, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
- Prior experience in EdTech sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes is an added advantage.
