Job Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across digital channels.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, conversions, and revenue through performance campaigns.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, offers, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ROI.
- Work closely with creative, content, product, sales, and business teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
- Develop performance reports and dashboards and present insights to senior management.
- Implement remarketing, retargeting, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization strategies.




- Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging acquisition channels.
- Manage external agencies and vendors, where applicable.

Required Skills
- 4-8 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, and campaign management platforms.
- Experience in managing significant digital advertising budgets.
- Solid understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, analytics, and customer acquisition.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with e-commerce, D2C, lead generation, or consumer businesses is an advantage.
