What You'll Do

Lead Customer Success Operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Customer Success team,



ensuring consistent performance and service excellence.
- Manage daily operations across customer support, NDR follow-ups, delayed deliveries, escalations, and post-purchase interactions.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Create seamless omnichannel customer experiences across WhatsApp, Email, Calls, Social Media, and other support channels.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, speed, and professionalism while ensuring adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Build long-term customer trust through proactive communication and personalized support.

Drive Customer Retention
- Build and optimize customer profiles, engagement journeys, and retention campaigns using CRM platforms.
- Identify customer pain points and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
