Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing professional to support digital marketing initiatives that drive patient acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth across Marengo Asia Hospitals. The role requires expertise in Digital Marketing Paid Campaigns with a robust analytical mindset and experience in managing integrated campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business and patient acquisition goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives to maximize lead generation, conversion rates, ROAS.
- Monitor and optimize digital marketing budgets while ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4),



Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, LP Monitoring tools such as Clarity, and CRM tools.
- Improve landing page performance, and conversion rates through data-driven optimization.
- Prepare campaign reports, dashboards, and performance insights for leadership review.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Preferred candidate profile
- MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing are preferred.
- 5-9 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in healthcare/hospital industry will be preferred
