Head – Irrigation Projects | EPC

We are looking for a senior
Projects & Business Leader
to lead the Irrigation EPC business of a leading infrastructure organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead
business growth, project origination and P&L;
for large-scale irrigation and water infrastructure projects.
- Drive
end-to-end tendering & acquisition
, including technical, commercial and bid strategy.
- Oversee execution of
Irrigation, Lift Irrigation, Micro-Irrigation, Pipeline & Civil projects
across multiple states.
- Build and manage relationships with
State Irrigation Departments, government authorities, Nodal agencies, consultants and key stakeholders
.
- Own project
timelines, cost, quality, contracts, billing, collections and risk management
.
- Define
state-wise growth strategy
and identify priority markets/opportunities.
- Build, lead and develop high-performing
BD,



Engineering, Projects, Contracts and Commercial teams
.

Ideal Profile
- 20+ years
of experience in
EPC / Infrastructure / Irrigation / Water projects
.
- Strong track record in
large-ticket irrigation EPC project acquisition and execution
.
- Proven experience working with
government departments/irrigation authorities
.
- Solid understanding of
tendering, contracts, commercial management and project P&L;
.
- Willingness to work across project locations, with key markets including
Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
.
