Coordinate with the Vault, Commercial, Logistics, and Store teams for timely stock distribution.

Verify inward and outward stock with supporting documents and resolve discrepancies immediately.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly distribution reports for management review.

Maintain complete confidentiality and security of jewellery during handling and transportation.

Follow all SOPs related to vault operations, inventory control, and security protocols.

Assist in periodic stock audits,



physical verification, and inventory reconciliation.

Ensure proper documentation for inter-branch stock transfers and returns.

Monitor pending distribution requests and ensure timely fulfilment.

Report any stock shortages, damages, or mismatches to the reporting manager without delay.

Maintain a clean, organized, and secure working setting within the vault.

Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management.
