Job Title: Manager - Impact Assessment Reporting To: Chief of Operations Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, with travel to program locations as required

Qualifications

Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Education, Social Sciences, Program Evaluation, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Master’s degree preferred. Additional certification or specialized training in Monitoring and Evaluation, Research Methodology, Statistics, Data Analytics, Impact Evaluation, or Project Management will be an advantage.





About 8+ years of relevant experience in impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation, program evaluation, applied research, data analytics, or a related field, out of which atleast 2 years in a team leadership role.

Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods evaluation studies across geographies in India. Experience leading teams and coordinating with program teams, donors, research partners, and external agencies. Experience in dealing effectively with multiple stakeholders and senior management. Prior experience in the education, development, nonprofit, or social-impact sector is preferred.
