Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day logistics, dispatch coordination, transportation follow-up, documentation, and material movement activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of materials, proper coordination with transporters, accurate documentation, and smooth support to stores, production, purchase, and dispatch teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Arrange vehicles for material dispatch and delivery as per requirement.
- Follow up with transporters for vehicle placement, dispatch status, and delivery confirmation.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documents such as delivery challan, invoice copy, e-way bill, LR copy, POD, and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with Stores,



Purchase, Production, Quality, Finance, and Dispatch teams for smooth material movement.
- Track material movement and update internal teams on delivery status.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods, raw materials, consumables, and other company materials.
- Support loading, unloading, packing, labeling, and shipment coordination.
- Maintain transporter details, freight records, dispatch trackers, and logistics MIS reports.
- Verify freight bills and coordinate with Finance for payment processing.
- Ensure compliance with company logistics process, safety requirements, and documentation standards.
- Resolve basic delivery delays, transport issues, documentation gaps, and material movement concerns.

Required Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing / engineering compan
