SALARY & INCENTIVES

Freshers: 22,000 – 25,000 In-Hand
Experienced: 32,000 – 50,000 In-Hand
CTC: 3.5 LPA – 7.35 LPA
Unlimited Performance Incentives
Incentives up to 50,000/month for eligible processes

INTERNATIONAL PROCESSES

Work with leading MNCs and handle global customers across:

US Processes
UK Processes
Australia Processes

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer queries through Voice / Chat / Email
Provide accurate and timely solutions
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow process guidelines,



compliance & quality standards
Achieve individual performance and productivity targets

ELIGIBILITY

Graduate / Undergraduate – Any Stream
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory
Good verbal & written communication
Comfortable working in Night / Rotational Shifts
Comfortable with US / UK / AUS rotational shifts
