The Field Sales Executive plays a vital role in driving business expansion within the paint-chemical industry by cultivating solid, lasting relationships with key trade partners including painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers. This position demands consistent performance, proactive engagement, and a hands-on approach to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will conduct daily site visits, maintain a strong presence at assigned retail outlets, organize shop meetings, and ensure accurate reporting all contributing to enhanced market penetration and brand visibility. With a focus on customer-centric strategies and performance excellence, this role is essential to sustaining growth and strengthening market position across the assigned territories.

Location: Punjab: Ludhiana,Jalandhar,hoshiarpur,Rajpura,Tarantaran,,kurali,doraha ludhiana.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.




- Conduct a minimum of two site visits per day to identify new opportunities and support customer needs.
- Dedicate at least two hours daily to on-site presence at assigned retail stores to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Organize and lead weekly shop meetings with applicators to promote product adoption and team alignment.
- Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports through the designated online portal.

Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler license is mandatory for field operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly driven by performance goals.
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduation (preferred).
- 6 months to 12 months of experience in channel sales (e.g., AP/Akzo, Laminates, Plywood, Electricals, Lubricants).
