About the Role
As a Virtual Benefits Consultant, youll become a trusted resource for clients by providing education, guidance,
and personalized support throughout the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online platforms
- Educate individuals and families about available benefit programs and coverage options
- Answer questions and provide personalized recommendations based on client needs
- Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-through
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding client experience
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development programs
