Patient Care Coordinator Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Department: Patient Relations / Operations Employment Type: Full time Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply About the Role We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, professional and caring experience for patients and their attendants—from the first enquiry/appointment through consultation, admission, treatment and follow-up. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, highly organized, confident in communication and comfortable coordinating with doctors, nursing staff, billing, front desk and other hospital departments. Key Responsibilities 1. Patient Coordination - Welcome and assist patients and attendants during their hospital journey. - Understand patient requirements and guide them to the appropriate doctor/service. - Coordinate OPD appointments, investigations, procedures and follow-ups. - Explain the hospital process, timelines and required documentation clearly.



- Ensure patients do not face unnecessary delays or confusion. 2. Lead & Appointment Management - Handle patient enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website and other channels. - Follow up with enquiries and convert them into appointments. - Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments and follow-ups. - Follow up with patients who have missed appointments. - Coordinate with the marketing team regarding incoming leads and campaign enquiries. 3. Admission & Treatment Coordination - Assist patients and attendants with the admission process. - Coordinate between the patient, doctor, nursing team, billing and other departments. - Ensure pre-operative investigations and documentation are completed. - Coordinate surgery/procedure schedules and communicate relevant information to patients. - Keep patients and attendants informed about the next steps throughout their treatment. 4. Patient Experience - Act as a dedicated point of contact
