We are seeking an active, reliable, and sharp Security Field Officer / Area Officer to oversee security operations across assigned client sites (commercial establishment, banks, and industrial units) in and around Kochi and nearby districts. The ideal candidate will manage security guards, conduct site inspections, ensure strict compliance, and serve as the main point of contact between client management and guards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision & Night Audits: Perform regular daytime and surprise night time inspections across all assigned client sites in Kochi to monitor guard performance and discipline.
- Manpower Management: Oversee shift deployment, track guard attendance, and manage emergency replacements/relievers to prevent short-staffing.
- Onboarding & Training: Conduct basic security briefing, uniform checks, and site-specific training for newly deployed security guards.
- Client Relations: Meet regularly with site supervisors and property managers to collect feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Incident Escalation & Reporting:



Handle security breaches, disputes, or emergencies promptly; submit daily field reports to the Operations Manager.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Field Officer, Area Inspector, or Security Supervisor in a security agency. Ex-servicemen also invited.
- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Vehicle & License: Must own a valid two-wheeler and possess an active driving license for site visits across Ernakulam district.
- Languages: Fluent in Malayalam (essential for local communication) and basic proficiency in English & Hindi (for client and guards coordination and reporting).
- Skills: Robust leadership, grievance handling, crisis management, and local geographical knowledge of Kochi.
