Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage water infrastructure design and engineering projects from concept through detailed design and execution support.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, calculations, specifications, drawings, and technical reports for water supply and water treatment projects.
- Design and review water distribution networks, transmission pipelines, pumping stations, reservoirs, WTP/STP systems, and associated infrastructure.
- Perform hydraulic modelling, network analysis, flow calculations, and system sizing.
- Review design deliverables for technical accuracy, compliance, constructability, and cost effectiveness.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, and environmental engineers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and design teams.




- Review contractor/subconsultant submissions, shop drawings, technical proposals, and method statements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities on technical matters.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable Indian/international codes, standards, specifications, and project requirements.
- Participate in site visits, technical inspections, design reviews, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, and technical specifications.
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and design quality.
- Identify technical risks and develop appropriate engineering solutions.
