Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, references, online platforms, and field visits.
- Understand client requirements related to home construction, renovation, interiors, and civil work.
- Coordinate with clients and provide suitable construction solutions.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain lead details and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the Civil, Design, and Project teams for smooth client handling.
- Negotiate with clients and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Required Skills
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and client-handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of construction/civil work is preferred.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Qualification
Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field. Candidates with construction, real estate, or sales experience will be preferred.
