Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Communication
- Develop and execute corporate communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Create compelling communication materials including press releases, corporate presentations, newsletters, brochures, speeches, and reports.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Manage corporate announcements, project launches, milestones, and company achievements.

2. Public Relations & Media Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, journalists, influencers, and industry associations.
- Coordinate media interactions, interviews, press conferences, and events.
- Draft and distribute press releases and media notes.
- Monitor media coverage and manage brand reputation.

3. Leadership Communication
- Support leadership in preparing speeches, presentations, keynote addresses, and public communication.
- Develop communication content for founders and senior management.
- Assist in thought leadership initiatives through articles, interviews, and opinion pieces.

- Drive employee engagement through internal communication programs.
- Manage company newsletters, employee announcements, and organizational updates.
- Promote company culture, achievements, and employee success stories.
- Support employer branding and Outstanding Place to Work initiatives.

5. Digital & Social Communication
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful content for LinkedIn and other corporate platforms.
- Manage corporate storytelling initiatives highlighting projects, customers, employees, and community impact.
- Monitor online brand sentiment and identify communication opportunities.

6. Events & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support planning and execution of corporate events, launches, investor visits, customer engagement programs, and community initiatives.
