Role & responsibilities

To lead the process of new product development starting form the

customer Requirement to the Production release.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Purchase,

marketing, manufacturing and sales.

Design and develop Production Process that meets customer

requirements and industry standards.

Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analysis for recent

products.

Create and maintain detailed documentation including specifications,

test plans, and reports.

Perform prototype development, testing, and validation.

Development of Jig, fixtures for Production standardization, ICT and

FCT.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and quality

standards.

Provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle, including

post-launch.

Customer Visits as per requirement.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates must be B.tech/BE (ECE) with 3 to 8 years of experience in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) Industry,
