- Counsel students and professionals regarding suitable IT courses, certifications, and career paths.
- Understand learners’ career goals, skills, and requirements and recommend appropriate courses.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certification, placement assistance, and career opportunities.
- Handle leads and inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and online channels.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into successful course admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with trainers, academic teams, and management when required.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, career counseling sessions, and student engagement activities.
- Stay updated about current IT skills, certifications, technologies, and industry trends.
- Provide a positive and qualified counseling experience to students.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
