Job Title: Vendor Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall vendor management function, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and

performance monitoring across all vendors.

• Manage vendor contracts, renewals, commercial negotiations, and ensure timely execution of

agreements, SLAs, indemnity clauses, and KYC documentation.

• Develop and implement vendor evaluation frameworks to assess quality, cost-effectiveness,

compliance, and service delivery.

• Monitor vendor performance through KPIs, SLA adherence, audit reports, feedback, and

corrective action plans.

• Resolve critical vendor and club escalations while maintaining strong relationships with

internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory

compliance across all vendor engagements.

• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and other departments for seamless





vendor lifecycle management.

• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and vendor consolidation

to enhance operational efficiency.

• Publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly vendor performance dashboards, compliance reports,

and management summaries.

• Lead vendor review meetings, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and implement

performance enhancement plans where required.

• Support current club launches, expansion projects, and cross-functional initiatives by ensuring

timely vendor onboarding and readiness.

• Mentor and guide the Vendor Relations team to ensure consistent execution of processes and

achievement of departmental objectives.
